Dobby was brought into the shelter and rushed by our rescue coordinator to the vet.
Dobby has what seems to be a dislocated hip joint which may be separated from his growth plate. 
He also has very bad food bloat and has received shots to help his stomach process what’s inside it. Dobby body temperature is 94 degrees which is quite low.
